Noatum Logistics developed a flagship, state-of-the-art UK ecommerce warehouse to support a new fashion brand contract, with future consolidation and expansion planned at Tritax Symmetry, Biggleswade. The facility includes a complex operational layout featuring a 3-storey mezzanine, value-added services (VAS), returns processing, and automated garment handling systems.
From day one, Noatum required a fully integrated warehouse security, connectivity, and PA solution that could be centrally managed and seamlessly aligned with their existing business systems. The priority was resilience, scalability, and visibility—ensuring the site could adapt to rapid growth, seasonal peaks, and evolving operational demands without disruption.
Following successful deployments across other Noatum sites, Anchor Sound & Security was appointed early in the project to deliver a full system design and budget cost model prior to base build commencement. Working collaboratively with the main contractor and specialist sub-contractors, Anchor delivered an end-to-end warehouse security and connectivity solution designed around real operational workflows.
The system was engineered to support high seasonal staff churn, reduce loss prevention risk, improve workforce efficiency, and simplify claims management—while remaining fully scalable for future expansion.
Solutions delivered included:
Access Control
AI-ready CCTV Systems
Gates & Barrier Automation
Speed Gates & Turnstiles
PA / Public Address Systems
Data, WiFi, Fibre & Structured Cabling
Internal Security Fencing
Ongoing Service & Maintenance Programme
Anchor delivered a fully integrated, future-proof security and connectivity platform that gave Noatum complete visibility and control across their flagship ecommerce operation.
The solution enhanced site security, streamlined people and vehicle movement, reduced shrinkage risk, and supported operational efficiency during peak trading periods—while providing a scalable foundation for long-term growth.
