We’re pleased to share a progress update on a major Warehouse Security and Warehouse Connectivity project currently underway for a confidential client within the 3PL sector.
Anchor Sound & Security were appointed to deliver a full design and installation package for a 440,000 sq ft warehouse facility, with a clear objective: achieve TAPA Accreditation (TAPA B) within an accelerated programme.
Delivering End-to-End Warehouse Security & Connectivity
From day one, this project has been driven by performance, compliance, and operational readiness. Our team has been working at pace to ensure that both Warehouse Security and Warehouse Connectivity are seamlessly integrated across the entire site.
The scope of works includes:
- Comprehensive CCTV systems providing full site coverage
- High-performance Intruder Alarm systems
- Robust Access Control systems for secure, controlled entry
- External & Internal Fencing aligned with TAPA requirements
- Automated Gates & Barriers for vehicle control
- Internal & External Speedgates & Turnstiles to manage pedestrian access securely
Each element is being delivered with TAPA Accreditation at the forefront, ensuring compliance without compromising usability or speed of deployment.
Built for TAPA Accreditation
Achieving TAPA Accreditation is not just about installing equipment—it requires a fully coordinated approach to Warehouse Security design, system integration, and commissioning.
Our in-house design team has worked closely with stakeholders to ensure that every aspect of the system contributes toward TAPA Accreditation, from perimeter protection through to internal access control and monitored surveillance.
By aligning Warehouse Connectivity with Warehouse Security, we are ensuring the infrastructure supports both compliance and long-term operational scalability.
Progress on Site
Installation is progressing rapidly across multiple workstreams:
- Containment and cabling infrastructure for Warehouse Connectivity is well advanced
- Key Warehouse Security systems are now being installed and phased into commissioning
- Perimeter elements including fencing, gates, and barriers are taking shape
- Internal access solutions including speedgates and turnstiles are being integrated
The project is on track to meet the demanding programme, with TAPA Accreditation requirements embedded at every stage.
